Change Recruitment Group are working with a well known banking group with significant presence in Glasgow. As part of their on-going commitment to customer care, they are setting up a new team to review the quality and process of the PPI complaints operation within the bank.
They are looking for a number of experienced candidates to perform the PPI Quality Assurance Consultant role (check the checker). This role will focus on uncovering various issues relating to Legacy issues as well as ensuring that the process is improved accordingly. The overall aim is that the processes lead to fair outcomes for our customers now and in the future.
You would be involved with delivering assurance on PPI complaints, driving continuous improvement of standards set for assurance and providing confidence that the department is delivering fair customer outcomes. This is a second line audit role whereby you would be quality checking cases already checked by the QA team on the complaints floor.
You would be completing performance monitoring and testing of the completed cases and using these outcomes to continuously improve the Quality Assurance Framework.
