Permanent HR Administrator - West Hull - Competitive salary - Fantastic Opportunity

Your new company
A local and large national organisation are looking to recruit a HR Administrator on a full time, permanent basis.

Your new role
The role is to provide day to day HR administrative support to the established human resources function at the head office. You will manage all HR and Recruitment administration liaising with HR Business Partners and Area Managers, you will be responsible for all recruitment administration from advertising roles, going through all CV's, arranging interviews, offer letters, contracts, new starter induction packs and organise necessary paperwork that comes with this.

What you'll need to succeed
You are required to have up to date experience in this field, ideally in a similar role, with a knowledge of how the HR Function works and an understanding of the full recruitment process. You will have strong administrative experience in a commercial setting, excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver service to a variety of management levels. Working independently in a small team with accuracy and to tight deadlines is key.
