Visitor Services Assistant: £15,400 pro rata per annum / 26 hours per week

Using great storytelling, beautiful design, and 21st century technology, the King Richard lll Visitor Centre tells the fascinating and moving story of the king's life and death, and reveals one of the greatest archaeological detective stories ever told.

The King Richard III Visitor Centre Trust is looking for an experienced Visitor Services Assistant, ideally with a visitor attraction or similar background, to join the team that provides a high standard of customer service and interaction with all visitors in order to enhance the quality of the visitor experience and bring the attraction to life.

We need someone who can:

• Be part of the Visitor Services Team to deliver the highest standard of customer service to all visitors at all times.
• Develop a thorough knowledge of the Visitor Centre, the story it tells, the exhibitions, and the facilities to ensure the Visitor Centre delivers to the standards expected of a world class visitor attraction.
• Maintain a positive and professional approach at all times.
• Be flexible, proactive, and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
