We are currently recruiting for an e-Content and Resources Support Assistant to join our Learning Technologies and Resources Services (LTRS) team, here at South Devon College. You will be responsible for using a range of systems and technology to provide outstanding services and support for all staff and students. The service leads the development and support of online learning as well as supporting staff and students to use resources and to support learning. We require the post holder to play an active role in supporting LTRS users to use technology for teaching, learning and assessment and will also work to ensure that the content on the range of systems used by the LTRS is accurate and reliable. 

The successful candidate will need to hold English & Maths at Level 2 (or equivalent) and a Level 2 IT Qualification (or have proven experience of using IT in the workplace). We are looking for someone who has a high standard of customer service and care experience, be confident in the use of computers with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly and apply use in a learning context. You will need to be confident in speaking to a range of people, have good listening and presentation skills and be passionate about learning and how a service can support learners and staff.
