St John's College is seeking to appoint an Accommodation and Bookings Co-ordinator who will be responsible for the administration of the guest room bookings at the College. This role will involve managing the bookings of the guest rooms, assisting with the summer bedroom allocation for conference bookings during the long vacation period, providing administrative support for various accommodation processes within the department and assisting with the implementation of best practice policies and procedures. 

The successful candidate will be educated to A level standard, or equivalent, and have excellent administrative and IT skills. Working in a busy department you will have the ability to manage a high volume of emails/booking requests whilst being thorough and enthusiastic with high standards of customer service.  Working as a member of a team you will have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with immediate colleagues as well as with members of the College at all levels and members of the public.
