Eligible to join local government pension scheme
Location: Keynsham (between Bristol and Bath)
Contract: Full time 37 hours p/w
Term: Permanent, all year round
Wellsway Multi Academy Trust is at an exciting stage in its development. We currently run seven schools and with two more joining shortly, the Trust is moving towards its vision of being a truly inclusive provider of 4 - 19 education in East Bristol and Bath.
We are now looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function across the Trust and become a key player in our development. You will provide strategic HR leadership and operational support for an organisation of approaching 500 employees.
You will have extensive HR experience at a senior level in a complex organisation and a proven track record of successfully managing employee relations. You will be passionate about delivering excellent service whilst ensuring that the Trust operates within a robust legal and regulatory framework.
You will be ideally be CIPD qualified.
