At Pendennis we know that it's people and their skills that make us a success in the superyacht building and refitting sector. A strong team is vital and we are currently recruiting for skilled workers.

The Exterior Outfit team work primarily on the exterior areas of our luxury superyachts - fitting sailing systems, doors, hatches, boarding ladders and winches.

To join this team, experience in light fabrication, engineering/fitting or boatbuilding is a benefit as this is a job with great variety requiring problem solving skills, an eye for detail and a desire to succeed in a stimulating environment.
