About the role

Here at Bath Spa we have several coffee shops and restaurants based over 3 different campuses. 

The position will be primarily based at the Sion Hill Campus. The role will be to provide an outstanding customer experience at Café Sion contributing to the Universities strategy.

 Our hospitality and event business is also growing each year.  We are looking for a catering and hospitality Supervisor to join the existing team to support the catering manager in taking the business forward.

 The role will work alongside the Catering and Hospitality Manager to ensure maximum sales are achieved at the café and that high standards are delivered at all times.

 This role will work closely with the team at the Sion Hill campus where duty management of a variety of events will be a key component. Events such as weddings, summers schools, conferences and VIP directorate functions.

About you

We are looking for an experienced catering supervisor who has a passion for food and the hospitality industry with experience in high quality catering establishments and with some event experience. We need a calm, confident individual who has a flexible approach to work. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the catering manager in taking our business forward
