My client, a highly successful organisation are seeking an experienced BI Specialist/Developer. You must have prior experience with the Oracle BI stack (OBIEE) This can either be as a Developer or an Analyst

You will be a key member of the BI Team, working alongside BI and IT colleagues, creating BI solutions and analysis to support stakeholders across the business.

*Combine business knowledge and technical expertise to design, develop and deliver Business Intelligence solutions in line with business requirements.
*Consult with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and identify opportunities to improve analytical capabilities.
*Build insightful BI dashboards and reports using the varying available technologies.
*Look for ways to improve efficiency through delivering automated reporting solutions, whilst providing expertise and support for improving business processes.
*Simplify complex data and present it in a compelling way that engages the business and helps improve decision making.
*Provide expertise and practical assistance in the investigation, evaluation and interpretation of data.

Key skills

*Strong analytical and numerical skills alongside a proven track record as a BI Business Analyst/BI Report Developer.
*OBIEE
*ODI

*Qlikview

As well as the above skills and experience you will need strong relationship building and communication skills; able to form positive relationships with internal and external customers and stakeholders. You will be self-confident, with the ability to give and receive feedback, and to challenge in a productive way.
