A Major blue chip client in the IT and Telecoms market is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and flexible Application Support Analyst to join their dynamic fast growing global company to work at their office based in Portsmouth.You would be responsible for assisting customers with handling questions and issues from customers primarilty for E-Marketing solutions (EMS) A legal software product that works in conjunction with other CRM solutions such as Interaction.

Key Responsiblities

• To provide support for customers on E-Marketing solutions resolve the issue where possible and liaising with QA and development where required. The analyst should also ensure that where escalation is required this is highlighted to the support manager
• Ensuring customers are called back in a timely manner and ensuring SLA's are achieved
• Ensure issues that are determined to be bugs are clearly documented and recorded on the development database
• Identifying to the line manager any trends that are occurring in the support calls
• Assisting other areas of support to resolved calls
• To udnertake any reasonable task or activity requests by the line manager

Qualifications

Minimal Skill Requirments

• Html & CSS (Reading and Writing)
• Microsoft SQL
• Working with Marketing and CRM
• XML
