Technical Design Authority

Robert Half Technology are recruiting for a Technical Design Authority working for a leading telecoms business based in South London. You will have overall technical ownership of assigned client communications infrastructure. For new solutions you will work alongside the solutions design team and client representatives to establish the low level design (LLD). You will ensure that solutions meet customer expectations, write written proposals and attend client meetings.

As the successful candidate you will have experience with CISCO Voice & Avaya systems, be CCNP & ITIL certified, be strong in enterprise voice & data and have experience operating in a tier 3 environment. You will have strong technical enterprise experience, be commercially astute and client facing.
