A superb opportunity for senior/lead Adobe developers with extensive Java experience to join a blue chip company as Principal Developer, based in Central London.
In this hugely exciting role you will be responsible for leading a team software engineers (currently offshore but soon to be based in London), while working closely with the Development Manager and Solution Architects to execute the evolution of key systems and project proposals, in both a hands on and leadership capacity.
Day to day responsibilities will include producing and defining system and development evolution plans, leading the delivery and implementation of in-house and external solutions throughout the project life cycle, and leading of a team of Software Engineers.
This is a unique opportunity for bright talent to lead the development of multiple websites for a blue chip business with a truly global, mass consumer market presence.
The role requires a strong development background with Adobe AEM, Java, HTML5/JS/CSS3,as well as good design and leadership skills. Experience with Infrastructure as a Service development: (ie Java, Python, Linux, Bash, Puppet/Chef/Saltstack, AWS) would be beneficial, as would experience with Hybris.
Salary cGBP75,000 DOE plus 15%-18% bonus and an excellent benefits package.
