Salary: Up to £17,276.16 per annum (depending on skills and experience)

Maternity Cover Contract up to 1 year

Part-time – 29 hours per week over 4 days per week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday)

Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Lettings Advisor on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Lincoln.

The role will involve working with Neighbourhood Officers and Property Surveyors to ensure properties are let efficiently whilst providing an excellent service to customers.  You will need to allocate homes to people in housing need, arrange home interviews, viewings and tenancy contract meetings.

For this Lettings Advisor role, you will need to be customer focussed, self-motivated and work in a methodical and organised manner.  You will be a team player and have excellent communication, administration and ICT skills.
