Our Public Sector client is looking for an Interim HR Advisor for a three month contract, based in Telford with a day rate of up to GBP230.
You will support the HR team with general day-to-day running of the department. This will include i mplementing HR processes whilst managing employee relations, dealing with disciplinaries and grievances, delivering new and revised policies within specified timeframes.
Experience of TUPE transfers and redundancy consultation meetings is essential. CTC clearance (and above) is advantageous.
