An established construction contractor which has been developing its name in the industry for the last 50 years in the London market is looking to bring onboard an experienced Quantity Surveyor to help manage the ever growing projects they have in the London area. 
 

The Role:

This role will be based in London in Wembley and will be working in a close knit team of Senior Quantity Surveyors helping managed a number of projects in the local area. These will vary in size from £5mil to 25mil. 
 

Essential Requirements:

Must have proven experience and able to showcase up to 5 years experience of working in a contracting and/or developer background

Have proven knowledge of procurement

Hold a relevant Degree/HNC or equivalent (in quantity surveying or construction)

Hold a valid Construction Skills Certification Scheme card to Manager (or equivalent) level.



The Purpose of the Job:

To assist with the Financial and Contractual Management of groundworks/Civils and mixed new-build housing & Commercial projects from pricing through to completion and final accounts, including Cost Planning, Procurement, Cost Control and Supplier management. Responsible for the Financial Management of specific projects and assisting the Senior Quantity Surveyor to achieve the project requirements listed here.
