GBP 77 - GBP 86 per day (Dependent on experience)

PTS Consulting is looking for an experienced Complaints Handler to join their banking client based in Kegworth for a 6 month initial contract.

The successful candidate will works as part of a dedicated team of people who support and deal with all chasers/escalations/complaints received. You will provide telephone support and provide a central point of contact and first/second level support using the incident management, request fulfilment and property requests systems.

Experience Required:

. Ideally you will have experience as a Complaints Handler, preferably within a Call Centre environment.
. Excellent communication skills written and verbal with the ability to build strong relationships
. Good organisational skills with the ability to channel & interpret information to maximum effect
. Self-driven and motivated
. Capable of working under pressure and tight deadlines
. Technical skills relevant to your team skills group
. Understanding of Continuous Improvement skills
. Flexible in order to meet business requirements
. Self-motivated, can take responsibility and use initiative
. Effective team working and the ability to build rapport
