An opportunity has arisen to work at our client a Fareham based College. You will be working at newly refurbished Bishopsfield Road Campus, and the Centre of Excellence in Engineering & Manufacturing Advanced Skills Training (CEMAST) in Lee on Solent, Gosport, as part of the Learning Resources Centre team.

As an LRC Apprentice you will provide support and assistance to the LRC team in the day-to-day running of both Learning Resource Centres.

Reporting to the LRC Coordinator you will have commitment to customer service and administration in order to support the students and staff working on campus. The ideal candidate will have a positive can do attitude, excellent customer service and team player ethics and be a vibrant and energetic individual with principles that match the Colleges core values - Respect, Innovate and Excel.

A basic level of IT skills and some knowledge and experience of customer service would be beneficial.

As part of this apprenticeship, you will achieve your NVQ 3 Diploma in Business Administration.
