Ideally looking for an enthusiastic, motivating and passionate restaurant and bar assistant manager who will be able to grow within a small team, deliver and maintaining the high standard required. My client is a well-known for his passion for fresh produced food and classic British dishes with a loyal clientele from around the world. Candidates must have previous experience in management in casual dining at high end.
