Fleet Administrator - Essex - Permanent
One of the UK's leading mechanical and electrical services providers currently have a requirement for a Fleet Administrator to join their team
This established company undertakes projects within various commercial sectors including retail, education, leisure and residential.
Duties to Include
*Arranging vehicles for new starters, includes paperwork, insuring and ordering fuel cards etc.
* Dealing with breakdowns, tyres, windscreens etc.
*Dealing with accidents - i.e. arranging a new vehicle and getting current vehicle repaired.
*Completing reports - i.e. fuel spend
*Invoicing - checking invoices coming for repairs/hire/ damage
*Dealing with a specified garage to arrange repair works.
*Working closely with the lease companies, getting mileage from vehicles, arranging services, tax, MOTs and change of vehicles.
*Arranging for vehicles to be installed with trackers.
*Arranging for vehicles to have the correct sign writing to them, depending on the department.
