Our client, one of Birmingham's top alternatives to a Hotel, is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor. Our client is based in the heart of the City, comprising of 80 apartments and is recognised for its high customer service within the industry.
This exciting new role is a direct report to the Service apartment Manager and will consist of:
- Planning and carrying out preventative maintenance throughout the apartments and public areas to ensure standards are meet for guests comfort.
- Carry out general repairs and maintenance throughout the property.
- Record all meter reading and submit to head office.
- To liaise with the Service Apartment Manager in regards to the use of contractors and controlling expenditure.
- To work closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping to ensure out of service rooms are turned around quickly.
- Ensure external areas of the property are kept neat and tidy in line with company policy.
- Ensure all team members are competent in safe and effective use of equipment and chemicals.
- To be active involved in the companies Health and Safety Policy.
Who we are looking for:
A hands-on skilled person to join the team that has sound knowledge of Health and Safety. A Team player who is passionate about maintaining standards and is proactive within their role
