This is an exceptional opportunity to join and high-flying technology business in a newly created Senior Sales position. This role will suit an outstanding Sales Management Professional with experience in Software or Digital Solution Sales.
In this role, you will be fundamental in managing and growing a team of Inside Sales Representatives. You will also play an integral part in setting the longer-term sales and market strategies, setting quarterly and annual quotas and sales forecasting. and partner enablement. This business is in high-growth mode with plans to double the size of the team, which means there are lots of opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities
ensure that team and individual targets are met.
maintain a positive culture that inspires performance and achievement
run weekly pipeline reviews.
train/coach and mentor the team.
carry their own individual sales quota.
actively engage attracting and securing top talent for our rapid growth plan
prepare and execute a thorough business plan, including planning for both current and future quarter success
track/report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
prepare and present team forecast to executive management
maintain internal partnerships with various business units
Skills Required
Demonstrable success in leading/managing inside or field sales teams with a complex product and solution sales approach
Proven and demonstrable success as an individual contributor in a quota carrying sales role
Strong leadership experience, with a focus on training, coaching and motivation
Expert knowledge of the full sales cycle, from prospecting, cold calling through to pitching, negotiation and closing
Ability to provide situational coaching and advice and help guide deals to closure
Background selling Software/Digital Solutions is a must
Technical aptitude, and ability to learn new concepts quickly
