Location: Kenilworth
Salary: £24,000 + Bonus
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours (to include Saturday working on a rota basis)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Practice Manager in Kenilworth at a well established dental practice that is focused on delivering the highest standards of clinical dentistry and patient care. Current or previous experience managing in a clinical environment would give you the advantage but we would also consider an experienced Manager from another background providing you can demonstrate proven team leadership experience.

We are looking for a person who is constantly looking to develop and improve upon their clinical experience, to share knowledge, and to always put patients first.

The Practice Manager is responsible for leading and communicating with the practice team to deliver high levels of customer service whilst supporting team development. They will act as a role model for the company by engaging and building relationships with clinicians, practice staff and external stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
* Carry out management duties to ensure effective running of the practice and perform such other tasks as reasonably requested by the Principal Dentist or the Group Practice Manager.
* To provide the necessary support and training to the team to enable the highest level of care and satisfaction to the customers.
* To support the team to hit practice targets and additional targets set by the Principal Dentist.
* To work closely with the Group Practice Manager to deliver quality dental care and service to patients in line with CQC, GDC standards, Health and Safety, Employment, Infection Control and any other legislation.

Candidates should ideally have previous experience of working in a clinical environment and have GDC registration.
