Operational Excellence - Utilities sector - Consultant REQUIRED

Role Purpose:
Our client - one of the UK's leading Management Consultancy firms specialising in Energy/Utilities, Financial Services, Telecoms and Retail suppliers - are embarking on a major transformation programme to improve the quality and the efficiency of every process and interaction they have with their clients! They are now seeking 5 Performance Improvement/Operational Excellence Consultants to improve the Operational Excellence team in Utilities, Financial Services, Telecoms or Retail industry sector.

The successful candidate will head up a small team and work with major stakeholders and heads of departments to co-ordinate change. If you are an expert in managing lean deployment and process improvement, and are prepared to work with a London based Location.

Job Responsibilities:
* Manage lean developments and process improvement
* Plan and lead a range of transformation projects
* Measure performance and progress
* Provide operational excellence expertise (Continual Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma tools, etc.)

Experience Required:
* Excellent understanding and experience in delivering Lean/Six Sigma methodology
* Experience in designing and implementing new Operating Models and Organisational designs
* At least 3-5 years' experience within a similar role
* Change management experience - desirable
* Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, Telecoms or Retail industry sector
