Production Operatives

We are continuously recruiting for Production Operatives to join us at our client’s busy food factory based in Ruskington, near Lincoln.
 
The main duties of the role will include:

• Working on a production line
• Handling raw or cooked meat products for packaging
• Working in a chilled environment

The ideal candidate will:

• Have previous factory experience, however this is not essential as full training will be provided
• Be flexible in their approach to working hours
• Preferably have their own transport although this is not essential

The hours available are rotating shifts, 6.00am – 2.00pm, 2.00pm – 10.00pm or 10pm - 6am, Monday to Friday.
 
Candidates will be required to be flexible as the same shift and the same department cannot be guaranteed, the available shifts and departments depend on the factories requirements.

The pay rate is £7.20 per hour.
