As such, they are now looking for a PA / Senior Administrator to join their team.

As a PA / Senior Administrator, you will be tasked with providing exceptional levels of support to designated departments across the practice as part of a full administrative service. In this dual role, you will also provide PA assistance to designated Partners.
Specifically, in the administrative support element of the role, you will aid with the production of written communications, take digital dictation, confirm appointments and log details onto the diary system. You’ll handle telephone contacts, maintain seamless paperless filing systems and cover the reception function.

The PA element of the role is equally vital, the support provided to Partners will involve diary management, handling calls and providing assistance in many areas.
Additionally, your duties will include:
- Organising lunches and other meetings with clients
- Supporting board meeting attendance and taking minutes
- Supporting marketing activity where required
- Managing the post for the Partners and Departments in your charge
- Training new staff on internal procedures
So, is this the role for you? If so, you must have:
- At a minimum, four years’ experience as a PA or Senior Administrator within a professional environment
- Accurate data inputting skills and a superb eye for detail
- Full computer literacy, including excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- At least A-Levels (or equivalent)
- Ability to travel to Banbury office for training and occasional meetings
Communicative, team oriented and flexible, as a PA / Senior Administrator, you’ll need plenty of initiative, excellent organisational and admin skills and the ability to make decisions. Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner are also key.
A PA related qualification would be beneficial to your application. Experience as a PA in a practice or professional services environment would also be advantageous.
