Recruitment System Administrator
Trac Systems Ltd, an established company based in Bakewell, has been providing recruitment support to NHS Trusts and Local Government for over 16 years. With more than 40 new organisations on boarded this year, including the whole of NHS Wales, we now have around 45% of NHS Trusts and Health Boards across England and Wales using or confirmed to start using Trac.
Due to this rapid and continuing growth we are once again looking to recruit motivated individuals to join our team of dynamic, hard-working staff. Based in our busy office in Deepdale Business Park, the majority of your work will involve operating the recruitment database and supporting users of the system (recruiting managers and HR staff) to provide a premium service.
You will need to have:
• Excellent computer skills with experience of using web-based systems
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• A strong work ethic
• Attention to detail
• Evidence of team working skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
• Problem Solving Skills

SALARY: Starting at £17,382 per year rising to £17,920 after 8 weeks probation + pension.
HOURS: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
