Michelin Chef de Partie Winchester Hampshire 18K Plus Tips and Live in

A great opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the team at this multi award winning Luxury Hotel.

Daily duties will include preparing a wide range of dishes and garnishes for the restaurant pushing for Michelin fine dining status and creating memorable dining experiences for its discerning customers.

As Chef de Partie you will be expected to learn the dishes to the standard set by the Head Chef. At this stage of your career it is understood that you will still be learning and developing your cooking techniques, however you will be expected to have excellent knife skills, a strong desire to learn more and have the required skills to be able to run your own section.

As Chef de Partie you will be trained in all sections of the kitchen with the opportunity to complete further NVQs and possible 'stages' in other Michelin kitchens available for those candidates wishing to further develop.
