Administration Assistant/Data Entry/Sage Accounts
We are a small family run business based in Cheetham Hill with around 9 employees. We are Importers and Wholesalers of PVC and Vinyl Table-coverings. We have an opening in the office where tasks include data entry, answering the phone, taking messages, passing customer details along, book keeping, booking deliveries in and general office work.
The ideal candidate should have proficient computer skills inc Microsoft Works-word, excel etc. Accounting software experience in Sage Accounting preferred but not essential.
We are looking for a pleasant, hard working individual who will be willing to help out where needed. Someone that doesn't need to be told what to do every day and can think on their feet.
Must be extremely organized, punctual, trustworthy-as can be dealing with large sums of money, have excellent communication skills-both written and verbal and able to correspond professionally. Someone willing to go the extra mile. There is potential for promotion for the suitable candidate.
