Specific responsibilities that involve serving customers include, working behind the counter on the till and being out in the dining areas looking after their customers' needs.

Key responsibilities:

•             Serving Customers on the till – taking customers’ orders

•             Preparation of customers’ food orders

•             Attending to customers in the dining areas

•             Keeping shop floor clean and tidy at all times

In return, they’ll train you in their high standards of customer service, food preparation, and cleanliness and hygiene.

Effective communication skills are a must-have, including skills like attentive listening, face-to-face verbal communication and eye contact.
