J.A. Stott Carpentry Ltd. are a highly skilled carpentry and joinery contractor with over 25 years experience. We are looking for an Office Administrator for a minimum of 25 hours per week, with excellent organisational skills, good telephone manner and a good knowledge of Microsoft office.
Duties will include: Booking & logging of appointments for carpenters to attend to defects - Checking wages - Checking and filing new starters information. - Booking training courses. - Logging info from site onto internal server. - answering phones. - Opening post. - Checking first aid boxes. - Archiving. - Typing. - calendar management. - Ordering Stationary.
