They have several exciting opportunities for Neighbourhood Housing Officer's across their offices. As an NHO, you will have the ability to really help the community grow, to become a better place to live and benefit from the satisfaction of making a difference.

This exciting role gives you the opportunity to really make an impact; tackling anti-social behaviour head on, supporting people to manage their tenancies and improving the look of their estates. You will achieve this by building solid relationships in the community, working closely with their tenants and their families.

As a natural problem solver, you will be a main contact for their customers, signposting and giving general advice. You will be a strong team player as well as confident and productive when working alone.

Applicants will work closely with colleagues internally, such as the Community Safety Team and externally with partners such as Greater Manchester Police, the City Council and support agencies. You will need to be an excellent communicator, approachable, friendly and when required, assertive and knowledgeable.
