They have two exciting opportunities for a New Tenancy Officer one on a permanent basis and one on a temporary basis up to 31st March 2017.

As a New Tenancy Officer you will be responsible for managing the new tenancy process from beginning to end, providing advice and support to applicants on all aspects of their new tenancy and be the first point of contact for a new tenants' relationship with the company.

You will have a proven track record in delivering a first class customer focused service and will have excellent communication skills with an ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels. You will be a great team player and thrive to meet individual and team key performance targets for sustaining and improving the quality of the service.

A full driving license and access to a car or bicycle is essential for this role to travel round North Manchester on a daily basis.
