An opportunity has arisen within one of our local offices for a Customer Service Assistant to provide an effective and high quality reception & administrative support service.

In this busy role you will carry out a variety of reception / administrative tasks and processes and be the first point of contact for customer queries both face to face and over the telephone, therefore, you will have an ability to understand and communicate effectively.

They are looking to recruit a proactive person who is customer focused, with excellent telephone and administrative skills. As well as working well within their friendly team, you will work well under your own initiative, have a passion for delivering a first class customer service, and have exceptional communication skills to ensure a high quality service is provided.
