Our client is an IT company providing products and IT solutions to business and home users. Ther aim is to provide affordable IT solutions and services that address our customer's requirements, exceed their expectations and enhance productivity.

Our well established client cares about their customers; they go that extra mile to take away the stress of managing the IT. As part of their growth plans they wish to recruit a part time Sales & Marketing Assistant to join the team.

They are offering part time hours, ideally 1 or 2 days per week, but there is some flexibility with this.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, Edit and implementing marketing campaigns

• The co-ordination of direct mailing campaigns

• Pro-active telemarketing calls to secure new client visits

• Database generation and cleansing

• Undertake the updating of social media platforms

• Other general administration. E.g. answering the phones etc.

The successful candidate will ideally have some experience within a sales and/or marketing role. Within this, you may have gained experience of producing email-shots and direct mailing campaigns. You may have also undertaken outbound pro-active cold calling, but this is not a necessity as training will be given. A good working knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential, adobe software a bonus, as well as the ability to liaise with customers via the telephone. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work on your own initiative and also be self-motivated.
