Location: Lower Hellesdon, Norwich, NR3 2BS

Salary: £14,500 - £16,500 per annum

Gasway are East Anglia’s premier boiler and heating experts delivering both reactive and planned solutions to our customers. We have an excellent opportunity for a full time Customer Service / Contact Centre Advisor to join our team based in our Head Office, Norwich.

The Role of the Customer Service/Contact Centre Advisor

Our Advisors provide a first point of contact for a range of external customers wishing to book a service or report a breakdown and we rely on their service delivery skills and knowledge to provide an excellent customer journey.

We provide first class training and support empowering our teams to become confident decision makers whilst handling inbound calls from customers providing an efficient, responsive, one-stop service. Our Advisors are also responsible for dealing with problem resolution, providing information and advice and effectively deploying engineers.

The ideal Customer Service/Contact Centre Advisor will:

  • Have experience in customer service delivery
  • Working within a contact centre environment
  • Be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people

You will work an average of 40 hours per week scheduled in varying shifts– the contact centre is open from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 5pm on Saturday / Sundays.
