The Company: Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation. The Job: They are looking to recruit a Junior Legal Secretary to join their financial Services team in Central Bristol. This is working in an exciting team and it's going to be a busy role. Their team is growing and has around 160 employees. This is an excellent opportunity to join and support a busy team carrying out a range of legal secretarial duties including copy and audio typing, diary management, general admin and more. As a Junior Legal Secretary for them your role will include: Copy & Audio typing/digital dictation. Filing and general admin duties such as faxing, photocopying and claiming expenses. Maintaining the teams filing. Managing diary appointments. The Person: For this role our client is seeking someone with previous administration experience and ideally some secretarial experience. In addition to this they are also requiring: Excellent communication skills (both oral and written). Attention to detail, good organisational skills and flexibility. Previous office experience is desirable, ideally within a medium sized firm or professional services company. Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. The Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, 35 hours per week The Location: Central Bristol, no car parking. The Salary: £16-17,500
