Client Account Executive

Client Account Executive Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 + Benefits Permanent role Bristol This is an exciting, new role, created solely by the organic growth of our clients "Health, Care and Early Years" team and their success in winning new clients. Reporting to the Senior Account Manager, you'll be a key member of our clients fastest growing sector. You'll be responsible for co-ordinating client accounts and associated campaigns. The role: Understand client needs and objectives and liaise closely with them, being their primary point of contact. Manage administration and campaign work to ensure projects and initiatives are completed on time Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and the engagement levels within accounts, producing reports on a regular basis for internal and client information Offer an exceptional level of support and assistance to clients Help to prepare presentations Support the product development process Experience required; Excellent written communication skills for reporting Previous Creative, Marketing or Project Management experience A customer focussed approach with good negotiation skills Superb organisational skills Enthusiastic and personable style with internal colleagues and clients Knowledge of Apprenticeships and training solutions a clear advantage but not essential What will it be like?
