Join Curo at this exciting time in our history.  Already a leading provider of housing and support services across the west of England, we've big plans to grow and develop our business into the future. We're a modern, ethical organisation taking on new ideas and looking beyond our sector for fresh approaches.  At Curo we're about people. We want to give every one of our customers the very best service we can, and we've got a great set of colleagues working to make this a reality.

As a Sheltered Housing Officer your aim will be to ensure that an excellent customer focused service is provided to our Extra Care residents who are predominately older customers. You will be committed to supporting people to continue to live independently and ensure that our services meet (and where possible exceeds) the needs of our customers.

You'll be working flexibly in partnership with colleagues ensuring that customer voices are heard and outcomes are agreed with customers in relation to their housing and support needs.

You will build strong relationships with partner organisations, voluntary and community groups and have a commitment to partnership working on a day to day basis. You'll also need to liaise with external agencies.

You'll need to be well-organised, self-motivated and have excellent communication skills in addition to experience of working with people who have diverse and potentially complex needs. The ability to work with people and signpost to any support required is essential as is a positive can do attitude.

A full driving license is desirable, but not essential.

If these sounds like the exciting new challenge you've been waiting for and you've got the passion, the ideas and the energy, we'd love to hear from you.
