You:
You will have held a managerial role in a similar business and have good knowledge of the hospitality industry. It will be your responsibility to manage and coach your team, to bring out the best in them and to ensure top quality service is achieved at all times. It is imperative to the success of the business that we build great relationships with our guests, we attract a wide variety of guests who look to us to provide them with a tailor-made experience. As a General Manager it will be your responsibility to develop and grow the restaurant business, whilst ensuring the highest possible levels of customer service and standards are delivered by all of your team.
