You:
Customer service should be at the highest levels and It will be your responsibility to manage and coach your team, to bring out the best in them and to ensure top quality service is achieved at all times. It is imperative to the success of the business that we build great relationships with our guests, we attract a wide variety of guests who look to us to provide them with a tailor-made experience. You will need to be able to take instruction but also take the lead in the absence of the General Manager.
