Assistant Manager - Leading Family Leisure Complex in Leeds
My client is one of the leading soccer centre providers in the UK, with a huge number of sites across the UK. They have a passion for delivering an excellent service to their players and with over 500 all-weather pitches across their centres, which are all FA accredited, they host over 130,000 players each week. In the next year they plan to expand the brand within the UK and USA creating some fantastic opportunities for their staff. My client is currently looking for an Assistant manager at their amazing Leeds site, who will be commercially focused, and driven to meet and exceed the centre's income targets and KPI's. You will need to be passionate about football, and an in depth knowledge of the market along with the ability to ensure players are having fun but also being kept safe. Assistant Managers have a unique role that requires the following skill set: * People management skills - Manage, motivate and lead a team of people * Innovation skills - creative ways to engage with customers using social media and attract new business * Interpersonal skills - building rapport with customers and team captains * Organization skills - ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
