Recruitment Consultant - Marketing
You are an experienced Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of success in placing Marketing professionals into large corporations. You have exposure to working with Financial Services clients, or at least in the Professional Services arena.
You have strengths on both sides of the recruitment process, gravitas with the credibility and integrity to develop and maintain client relationships, as well as the skill and drive to attract and deliver high calibre candidates.
You are looking for an opportunity to move away from cold calling, and focus on account management and delivery, but still with the desire and ability to generate business and expand your network within your sector.

What we are looking for:
We are looking for someone to join our Corporate Services team within our permanent delivery division, specialising in the Marketing sector. We have an existing book of business within the field but are looking to expand this in size and scope.
The successful candidate will work with autonomy and vision to become a key member in our plan for growth within the Marketing sector. They will have the support of an inspiring and experienced workforce, the foundation of an established client base but will be given the chance to build and sculpt their own customers with ingenuity and self-determination.

This is not a 360 role with a cold desk - there is an established book of business and a continuous flow of work, but we encourage and support the development of business and expansion of relationships. You will have full autonomy of your work, direct contact with clients, from briefings and stakeholder management, and full vacancy and candidate control.
