The opportunity:

Sanderson, part of the wider RSG group, was established 40 years ago, now operating from 10 offices across the UK and Europe. The Reading office was opened last year to create a footprint for our brand in the Thames Valley region, and build on the business that we had started to develop in that area.

Having had considerable success over the last 12 months, we are looking for an additional consultant to support and contribute to the continued trajectory of growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our company at the early stages of a new regional development, where you will have the chance to really develop your market and see the direct impact of your work on the business.

This is not a typical 360 role; there are no targets around cold calling. We do, however, put a strong emphasis on business development through building relationships and expanding networks, and the ability to identify and open up business opportunities through market knowledge and connections.

The primary focus is on relationships, both with clients and candidates. In our business, it is about providing the highest standard of service, operating with professional credibility and integrity in order to bring together the strongest candidates and most prestigious clients.

We want to see true recruitment professionals; those who not only have experience in the industry but are ambitious, focussed and hungry to develop their career further. Ideally we would like you to have an experience within IT & Business Change, and exposure to the FS market. Alternatively, a background in another area of Professional Services that will be transferrable to our business areas.

This is not an entry level role but it is also not a senior position. It is the ideal step for someone with 1-4 years experience in recruitment, looking for the opportunity to build on what they have already learned, and join an organisation that will provide them with the platform to take their career to the next level.
