: Job Details Enfield is a truly diverse borough combining major regeneration opportunities, vibrant town centres and attractive parkland with inner city challenges. The Neighbourhood Regeneration Team is delivering one of London's largest regeneration opportunities - Meridian Water will deliver transformational change, providing over 8,000 new homes,3,000 jobs, new rail infrastructure and neighbourhood facilities. The Neighbourhood Regeneration Service is expanding, in recognition of the need to accelerate development and deliver significant projects that will create the conditions for major inward investment. Enfield Council are seeking Senior Regeneration Managers to help it deliver this ambitious and exciting regeneration programme. The Council requires a broad range of regeneration skills and experience, but also individuals with the aptitude to be flexible and adapt priorities in line with changing circumstances and need. The council are particularly interested in candidates who are able to effectively communicate both in writing and verbally as well as candidates who either come from a socio-economic or technical project management background. The roles involve managing projects, budgets, stakeholders, staff and representing the Council's aspirations for Enfield.
