Juice Hospitality are working with an award winning Digital Marketing Agency to recruit an Account Director to join their growing team in their Berkshire office.
Location: Berkshire
Salary: GBP45,000 - GBP55,000 per annum plus excellent benefits
This exciting new role will involve taking a lead in clients' marketing and advertising strategies, delivering outstanding customer service, liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis and promoting the expansion of business with existing and group clients.
The role of Account Director will also include working with other senior managers to generate new accounts, completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget and using your skills to push clients, and the agency, intelligently and strategically.
Previous management experience is essential to motivate, manage, train, coach and recruit team members and as well 12 months+ Agency-side experience.
The candidate:
Significant experience in professional client relationship management with a strong understanding of Search. Ideally you will have significant experience in professional account management with a background in SEO, PPC, Analytics, Data Insight & Performance Based Marketing experience. You have a strong understanding of all things digital but especially around the disciplines of Search and Data Insight is essential to be successful in the role. You will be organised and a strong people person. As the ideal candidate you will be working in account management in a search digital marketing environment currently and have good understanding of what makes an excellent client.
