Situated in the edge of West Sussex largest estate, Leisure people is proud to recruit for a restaurant general manager for an exclusive modern British restaurant open to the public for breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week. The restaurant is well-known for their creative and innovative a la carte British offering and a splendid wine selection for the connoisseur. The Head chef is well known for his creative and seasonal menus that attract a loyal clientele.We are looking not just for a restaurant manager but an entrepreneur who will lead from the front in terms of managing a small but loyal team. Candidates must have previous experience as a restaurant manager in casual dining at high end.
