Job Purpose and Scope:
Support the financial management of the Construction business unit including the provision of detailed financial analysis; the provision of timely and accurate forecasting through management reports; and ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Qualifications - Desirable and Essential:
• ACA qualified or equivalent
Experience - Desirable and Essential:
• Can evidence experience in all areas of Finance, Business and Leadership competencies with emphasis on the key competencies outlined below
• Knowledge of the Construction industry is desirable
Technical:
• Technical Financial skills as required - Refer below to the key Lend Lease Finance Competencies for this role
