Salary: GBP30000 - GBP45000 per annum

Our company client is a well respected Insurance business located on the South Coast who are currently seeking to recruit a driven and innovative Compliance Monitoring Officer due to considerable internal and external growth. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role within the business and will gain significant exposure to the wider business and senior stakeholders. His main focus will be to offer independent Compliance monitoring services to the business through thematic reviews, desk based monitoring and deep dive reviews.
Main duties for this job will involve as follows:
* Responsible for the effective identification, management and reporting of risk within the business
* Ensure the effective provision of second line risk compliance assurance activities
* Undertake assurance activity to assess the adequacy of the regulatory risk management framework
* Development and delivery of the risk based Compliance Monitoring plan
* Prepare compliance reports for senior management to specified standards, including format, style and timeliness, with the need for minimal changes
* Conduct regular reviews providing independent assurance to the Senior Management Team regarding the operation of regulator controls.
Background and competencies required:
* Strong Compliance professionals with a specialism in compliance monitoring.
* You must have strong regulatory knowledge and experience in reporting writing to senior management.
