Chase and Holland are recruiting for a leading UK based retailer looking to expand internationally. Following exceptional sales in 2015, the business now turns over GBP60 million and can offer a friendly, professional environment for a Part Qualified Accountant (CIMA or ACCA) looking to expand their experience with a recognisable brand.

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will assist with the development and maintenance of financial control processes, assist in the production of management accounts, manage the AP/AR team ensuring KPIs are met.

Management accounts work will include:

* Generation, posting and reviewing journals- preparation of reconciliations, account code analysis and monitoring, preparation of month end pack and associated reports
* Preparation of VAT and review of Intrastat returns
* Develop the AP/AR team to ensure that they are prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines

You will have a strong eye for process improvement and will enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders up to and including senior management.
