Morson are proud to own the interim recruitment for Stansted Airport, part of the Manchester Airports Group.
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Payroller to provide expertise in SAP payroll systems whilst Stansted transfer from an Oracle system to a SAP cloud based system, Success Factors. We will show you how to use the Oracle system and are particularly interested in your SAP expertise.
You will be based at the Head Office of Stansted Airport, which is located just off the M11. There may be occasional times when you may be asked to go to the Manchester office to learn the new SAP system, or network with Manchester payroll colleagues. (M.A.G will, of course, reimburse you for any travel expenses occurred.)
Key Duties and responsibilities:
* To provide expertise in SAP Payroll systems whilst Stansted transfer from an Oracle system, to a payroll system
* To perform the monthly payroll function, with another payroll assistant
* You will review / calculate holiday, pension contribution and review new starters and finishers
* Maintain excellent internal & external stakeholder relationships
* Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will run the new SAP payroll, with your colleagues, and provide expertise on the new system
* You will help us successfully transition to a new SAP ERP system
* You will learn the legacy Oracle system to ensure that data being mapped over is correct
* You will liaise with internal / external agencies (where applicable) to ensure the successful payroll run
* You will liaise with the SAP Programme Team, where applicable, to learn the system and become our "Super User"
* Provide statistical analysis of the payroll, as required
* Process and respond to emails / office visits from airport colleagues
* You will ensure that our SLAs are adhered to
In addition to SAP experience, which is mandatory, we ask you to have the following knowledge, skills or experience, as a minimum:
* GCSE Maths and English
* Microsoft Word & Excel (including Mail Merge)
* 2 years working as a Payroll Assistant in a SAP-centric role
* Good understanding of payroll statutory obligations
* A good customer focused approach; dealing efficiently with all internal and external contacts
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to organize own workload and work with minimal supervision
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage priorities
* Deliver a consistently high level of accuracy
